About This Course

This course, which is designed for both law students and non-specialists, aims to disseminate basic knowledge about the main tenets of modern international law. In each lecture, a different subject of international law is discussed with a particular emphasis on its relevance to the MENA region, which renders this course somewhat carrying a regional focus. The subjects to be discussed in this brief course do not cover all subjects of modern international law; instead, it is aimed to make a selection of at least the most essential of them.
